超超临界汽轮发电机组N+1支撑轴系失衡振动特性分析

建立了1000MW超超临界汽轮发电机组N+1支撑轴系的有限元动力学模型，对该种轴系的动力学特性及不平衡振动故障进行了仿真分析，归纳了该轴系轴向不同位置不平衡激起的轴系振动响应特性及转子间的相互影响规律，为该类机组的故障诊断及现场动平衡提供参考和依据。     

胰岛素受体底物1和2的氨基酸网络特征研究

在胰岛素对脂质代谢的调控作用中,胰岛素受体底物2(IRS2)比胰岛素受体底物1(IRS1)发挥了更加重要的作用。为研究两者发挥作用的差异,分别选择IRS1、IRS2的4个结构数据,构建氨基酸相互作用网络,计算整体拓扑特征,分析网络的hub氨基酸差异,计算7种中心性特征。实验表明,IRS2氨基酸相互作用网络的平均度及聚类系数高于IRS1的1QQG、5U1M、6BNT;IRS2中的hub氨基酸ATP、LYS、ILE是IRS1所没有的;除子图中心性和特征向量中心性外,IRS2网络中节点的其他中心性特征均优于IRS1。结果表明,IRS2的氨基酸相互作用网络中,节点聚集程度较高,更容易形成模块,更容易到达其他节点,与其他节点发生通讯。可以推测:IRS2在胰岛素对肝脏的代谢调控中比IRS1发挥着更加重要的作用。     

肖邦《g 小调第一叙事曲》奏鸣曲式及其音乐结构特征

《g 小调第一叙事曲》是肖邦四部叙事钢琴曲中的代表作，也是肖邦的钢琴创作走向成熟的重要表现。在《g 小调第一叙事曲》的创作过程中，肖邦并没有沿用传统奏鸣曲式的创作方式，而是将变奏与奏鸣、回旋进行了高度融合，在曲式结构上创造了自由性特征，对后人研究叙事钢琴曲产生了重要影响。     

天宫一号基于控制力矩陀螺的智能多模自适应姿态控制系统设计与验证

天宫一号是目前我国在轨运行的体积最大、重量最重的载人航天器.它具有变构型、变参数的特性,采用控制力矩陀螺系统和喷气推进系统实现高精度、高稳定度姿态控制.本文通过对天宫一号控制对象参数缓变和跳变相结合特点的分析,规划了高可靠灵活的控制策略,设计了智能多模自适应姿态控制系统.利用智能控制中规则集设定多模自适应控制的指标切换函数分配,利用多模自适应控制算法建立多模型控制器实现不同控制对象,不同控制任务的姿态控制.天宫一号通过地面测试和物理仿真试验,最后发射在轨运行,与神舟八号、神舟九号、神舟十号载人飞船圆满完成交会对接任务,充分验证了姿态控制系统设计的正确性和有效性.该设计方法在解决大型航天器变构型、变参数组合体姿态控制方面有突出优点,在未来的载人航天领域空间站建设具有应用前景.     

DanHong Injection inhibits the development of primary abdominal aortic aneurysms in apoE knockout mice

Clinical observations indicate that DanHong Injection （DHI） can increase blood flow and reduce various syndromes in patients with cardiovascular disease. How- ever, it still needs to define the function of DHI and the involved mechanisms in details, such as the protective effect on the development of primary abdominal aortic aneurysms （AAAs）. In this study, we determined whether DHI is able to inhibit AAA in apoE knockout （apoE-/-） mice. Thirty apoE-/- male mice on high-fat diet （0.5 % cholesterol, 21% fat） were randomly divided into two groups and received i.p. injection of saline （100 μL/day） and DHI （100 μL/day）, respectively, for 16 weeks. At the end of experiment, we determined the development of atherosclerosis in en face aorta and aneurysms,pathological morphology of arterial wall, and serum lipid levels. We also determined the expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 （MCP-1）, MMP-2, and MMP-9 mRNA in aortic wall using real-time RT-PCR. Our results indicated that high-fat diet induced the development of AAAs in apoE-/- mice, but the induction was totally blocked by DHI （P 〈 0.01）. The result of staining of abdominal aortic cross sections showed that DHI main- tained the collagen content in arterial wall, thereby pre- venting the animals from the development of AAA. Although DHI had little effect on serum total- and LDL- cholesterol levels, it reduced the expression of MCP-1, MMP-2, and MMP-9 mRNA in aortic wall （P 〈 0.01）. Taken together, our study suggests that DHI can inhibit the high-fat diet-induced AAA formation. The inhibitory effects may be related to the maintenance of the collagen content and inhibition of expression of AAA-related genes. Our study may suggest a new application of DHI in clinics.

3-(4-硝基苯基)氨基-1H-吲哚-4(5H)-酮的简便合成及结构表征

以对甲氧基乙二醛一水合物、3-苯氨基-5,5-二甲基-2-环己烯-1-酮和4-硝基苯胺为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,在乙醇溶剂中,微波辐射下多组分一步法合成标题化合物C29H27N3O4.其结构通过单晶X射线衍射法确定,晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P1,Mr=481.54,晶胞参数:a=0.617 80(5)nm,b=1.291 04(11)nm,c=1.606 78(13)nm,V=1.237 45(18)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.292 Mg·m-3,μ=0.087mm-1,F(000)=508.晶体结构用直接法解出,经全矩阵最小二乘法对原子参数进行修正,最终的偏离因子R=0.059 3,Rw=0.134 8.在晶体结构中新形成的吡咯环为芳构化的共平面结构.     

算子Dn＋p-1在亚纯p叶星象函数上的性质

在复分析中,亚纯叶函数有很好的性质和应用.利用Hadamard卷积为f（z）∈∑p定义了一个新的线性算子Dn＋p-1f（z）=ψp（n＋p,1;z）＊f（z）,然后研究线性算子Dn＋p-1在亚纯p叶星象函数上的一些性质.     

闭环回收供应链中牛鞭效应量化分析

环保和资源的问题关系到整个社会和环境,现代制造越来越注重资源的可持续化应用。将牛鞭效应的量化与控制引入闭环供应链的研究中,有效测量了有回收的供应链中的牛鞭效应。结合传统制造业的制造及分销渠道,运用运筹学及数学理论建立了一个由生产者、销售者及回收渠道组成的供应链模型,并进行数值实验计算和分析。结果表明:牛鞭效应仍存在于具有回收途径的供应链中,减少回收产品直接销售并重新加工能够降低整体供应链的牛鞭效应。     

Image separation using wavelet-complex shearlet dictionary

This paper presents a new method for image separation through employing a combined dictionary consisting of wavelets and complex shearlets. Because the combined dictionary sparsely represents points and curvilinear singularities respectively, the image can be decomposed into pointlike and curvelike parts as accurate as possible. The proposed method based on the geo- metric separation theory introduced by Donoho in 2005 shows that accurate geometric separation of the morphologically distinct fea- tures of points and curves can be achieved by l1 minimization. The experimental results show that the proposed method can not only be effective but also greatly reduce the computing time.
